Orient Power

I set up an OP6,5k inverter with the OP Powerwall. Thats all correctly configured and running well. But when I connected the Solar array to PV1, I only see about 12W coming in, (About 0.1A at 84V). The panels are (4x) Rich Solar Mega250's, in serial. They have a maxVoltage of 18.9v. and 13A. I suspect the panels aren't hitting the minimum startup voltage, and the numbers I'm seeing are some sort of MPPT voltage boost biproduct? The 84V number being reported is obviously not right. (Theoriotical max would be (18.9 x 4) = 75v, with a 2% drop for cable runs, etc.) I'm guessing its closer to 70v. Can I attribute that very low 12W number to not hitting the required startup voltage, or do I have another problem?
